Reduce friction on booking
Offer two time options or a calendar link. Do not create back and forth.
Example
Are you open to 15 minutes next week, Tuesday morning or Thursday afternoon?
Follow up properly
Most founders lose deals by disappearing.
Rules
- Always send a next step within 5 minutes after a call
- Summarise what you discussed
- Confirm the meeting time and agenda
- If they go quiet, follow up weekly for four weeks with something useful
When to stop doing it yourself
If you can close, you should stop spending hours prospecting.
