How much does Nousu cost?
Nousu starts from $7,000 per month (AUD) for a dedicated in-house Sydney SDR team running cold calling, email and LinkedIn, plus a one-off $1,000 setup fee. That includes ICP definition, list building, scripts, weekly reporting and optimisation, and CRM-ready handover of every booked meeting. It's month-to-month with no lock-in, and terms of 6 months or longer get a discount.
What changes the price
- Calling hours per week: more hours means more conversations and more meetings.
- Channels: phone, email and LinkedIn together cost more than a single channel.
- Markets and data: new countries or very niche lists take more research.
- Team size: some clients run more than one SDR at once.

How our pricing works
Priced like a partner, not a vendor
01
Monthly retainer
You pay a simple monthly retainer for a dedicated in-house Sydney team running your outbound across phone, email and LinkedIn. No per-lead games, no hidden fees.
02
Agreed KPIs
Before we launch we set clear, commercial targets together: meetings booked, pipeline created, qualified opportunities. You always know what good looks like.
03
Month-to-month, no lock-in
Every engagement is month-to-month. If we are not performing against the KPIs we agreed, you can leave. Clients who commit to 6 months or longer receive a discount off the monthly retainer.
Nousu vs the real cost of hiring an in-house SDR
The salary is only part of the cost of an in-house hire. Here's the year-one comparison.
| Cost item | Hiring in-house (year one) | Nousu |
|---|---|---|
| Base salary | $70,000 | Included |
| Superannuation (12%) | $8,400 | Included |
| Commission and OTE top-up | $20,000 to $30,000 | Included |
| Recruiter fee (15% to 25% of base) | $10,500 to $17,500 | None |
| Tools, data and tech stack | $5,000 to $15,000 | Included |
| Time to launch | 8 to 16 weeks | Within 2 weeks |
| Time to consistent output | 3 to 4 months | 4 to 6 weeks |
| Total year-one cost | $114,000 to $141,000 in direct costs (about $173,000 fully loaded) | $85,000 ($7,000 × 12 plus $1,000 setup) |

What's included
Everything you need to run outbound properly
One monthly retainer, one in-house team, the full outbound function delivered end to end.
- Dedicated in-house Sydney SDR team
- ICP definition and targeted list building (enriched, validated data)
- Multi-channel outreach: cold calling, email, LinkedIn
- Appointment setting straight onto your calendar
- Messaging, scripts and A/B testing
- Weekly reporting and optimisation calls
- CRM-ready handover of every booked meeting
Why we charge a retainer, not per meeting
Pay-per-meeting pricing sounds safer, but it rewards the agency for booking as many meetings as possible, not the right ones. A retainer lets us research accounts properly, call senior people who take longer to reach and disqualify poor-fit prospects instead of pushing them onto your calendar. We agree meeting and pipeline targets with you before launch, and because there's no lock-in, you can leave if we don't hit them.
