How the outbound ROI calculator works

Enter three numbers: qualified meetings per month, your average contract value and your meeting-to-customer close rate. The calculator multiplies them to estimate new customers and new revenue per month and per year.

    The formula

New customers per month = meetings per month × close rate

New revenue per month = new customers per month × average contract value

New revenue per year = new revenue per month × 12

    Worked example

10 qualified meetings a month at a 25% close rate gives 2.5 new customers a month. At an average contract value of $10,000, that is $25,000 in new revenue a month, or $300,000 a year.

    Choosing realistic inputs

    • Meetings per month: our $7,000 Starter program averages about 8 qualified meetings a month from month two, and our published client campaigns range from 6 to 20 a month. Start with a conservative number.

    • Close rate: use your own meeting-to-customer rate from the last 6 to 12 months. If you don't track it yet, run a conservative case and an optimistic case side by side.

    • Contract value: use first-year revenue per customer, not lifetime value, so you don't overstate the return.

Compare the result with the cost

Nousu starts from $7,000 per month. If the calculator shows new monthly revenue well above that on conservative inputs, outbound is worth testing. Projections are illustrative and based on the figures you enter, not a guarantee of results.
